"The food was tasty and the wine was good. The service was somewhat of a disappointment: when we arrived, even though half the restaurant was empty, frowned upon us not having a reservation amd made us wait 15 minutes ... i repeat: half the tables in the restaurant were empty, mostly the ones on the right hand side. Apart for this situation which has to deal the with staff (particulary a bearded chubby guy), the food arrived in aprox. 30 minutes and it was good and fresh."

"Myself and my husband were only visiting Colmar for a weekend and decided to have dinner here one night and we both definitely enjoyed it. It tends to get booked up really fast and is super busy so make sure you make reservations. If waitress was great at attending to us and we didn't really have to wait long to get our food. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit again whenever we're in the area again."

"Love the Moules Frites, Belgian beer and Gaufré! We lived in Belgium for many years and went to the original Leon in Bruxelles often. A great find on our Alsace weekend trip"

"2nd time coming to Leon for their mussels. And definitely will come back. Their Moules Gratinées Classique is a must order menu. The Traditionnelle one also taste perfect. The price for their portion is quite cheap, so it is super worth it coming here."

"Ordered the traditional Moules Frites, was surprised to have it delivered in such a nice quality disposable pot. As you can see, the moules were very meaty. They did not skimp on the broth and there was plenty of celery and green onion throughout. Though the fries appear to come in a small portion, the contain is actually quite deep. Order arrived quick and everything in the pot was piping hot, even though my delivery guy had a couple of stops before me. Overall, I recommend!"
